Subscriber Self-Serve > Log On
The Logon screen allows you to log into Subscriber Self-Serve by entering your e-mail address and password and clicking the Submit button. You will then be directed to the Account List screen.
In the Logon screen, you can:
Log on to your account (if you have already registered).
Sign up for online account access (if you haven't registered).
Request a password reminder (if you have forgotten your password).
Note: If you do not see an option listed above, the option has been removed by the Administrator of the Web site.
For added security, when you leave your session idle for more than 60 minutes, Subscriber Self-Serve will log you out of your session the next time you change screens. If you have set up your Subscriber Self-Serve account to automatically log you in, you will be returned to the Account List screen. Otherwise, you will be directed to a screen indicated why your session timed out. A hyperlink from that screen will take you to the Subscriber Self-Serve Logon screen.
You may choose to bypass the Logon screen by selecting the Log Me In Automatically In The Future check box. This will add a cookie to your computer. If you later choose not to be logged in automatically, you will need to delete this cookie from your temporary Internet files.
