Note:  If you do not see an option listed above, the option has been removed by the Administrator of the Web site.

For added security, when you leave your session idle for more than 60 minutes, Subscriber Self-Serve will log you out of your session the next time you change screens. If you have set up your Subscriber Self-Serve account to automatically log you in, you will be returned to the Account List screen. Otherwise, you will be directed to a screen indicated why your session timed out.  A hyperlink from that screen will take you to the Subscriber Self-Serve Logon screen.

You may choose to bypass the Logon screen by selecting the Log Me In Automatically In The Future check box. This will add a cookie to your computer. If you later choose not to be logged in automatically, you will need to delete this cookie from your temporary Internet files.

You may also access other screens related to Subscriber Self-Serve by clicking on the hyperlinks shown below the Submit and Reset buttons. For example, if you have lost your password, you may retrieve it by clicking on that hyperlink.
